Paul Capital completes $45m Argentine secondaries deal
The private equity secondaries firm has purchased its first portfolio made up exclusively of Latin American companies from Buenos Aires, Argentina-based Pegasus Capital. The transaction is the first for Paul Capital’s São Paulo office.
Liquid Realty invests $60m in UK secondaries deal
The seller of the interest has not been named, though Liquid Realty said the fund manager focuses on core office properties in the West End of London.
